Benefactor - $20,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Benefactor Members are corporations and organizations that are global leaders and innovators in anatomic pathology who can promote the purpose and objectives of the Corporation and make meaningful and substantive contributions through their activities and service in support of the high level focus areas of patient safety, quality assurance and standardization in the field of anatomical pathology. Members other than Benefactor Members are referred to as “At Large Members".

Commercial - $10,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Commercial Members are for-profit organizations other than Benefactor Members.

Organizational | Academic - $3,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Organization Members include academic medical centers, advocacy groups, universities, hospitals healthcare institutions, government, scientific, academic, philanthropic, and similar organizations.

Individual - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individual Members are pathology professionals who want to become involved in APPIA.
