The Anatomical Pathology Patient Interest Association (APPIA) is pleased to introduce Hematoxylin and Eosin Staining in Histopathology: A Comprehensive Review, a new book by Robert Lott, HTL(ASCP) that aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the principles, applications, advantages, and limitations of H&E staining in the context of tissue Pathology. The 35-page book includes “Appendices of Excellent H&E Staining and Common Artifacts with Causes and Solutions.”
The book, now available on Amazon for $2.99, was published in October 2024 by APPIA and features the following co-writers who also serve on the association’s board of directors: Shalini Singh, MD; David Ferber, MD; Erico von Bueren, MD, PhD, MOR; Joshua Greenlee, MBA, IASSC CBB™, HT/HTL(ASCP)cm; Fangru Lian, MD.
